Ameristar Home Care Services is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator-Bilingual Spanish to join our team of professionals and growing company.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Perform all duties related to the reception/switchboard including call and visitor handling.
  • Handle HHA & PCA application process
  • Ensure visitors are identified in accordance with security & Covid-19 procedures.
  • Handle visitor office space requests as required
  • Monitor and update employee calendar throughout the day.
  • Daily Covid clearance procedures for staff
  • Proactively ensure that excellent housekeeping standards are maintained in common areas
  • Communicate and Liaise regularly with colleagues booking conference rooms to verify requirements and expedite changes.
  • Assist with any special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with superior telephone manner
  • Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction
  • Must be reliable/dependable
  • Must have previous customer service experience
